Psycho-aptitude test

A sensitive instrument that makes it possible to improve a person even before arriving at a professional position.
Understanding one’s own strong points by means of psycho-aptitude tests and introspective questionnaires with which internal resources can ask themselves questions, trace out routes (with precise follow up to respect) on how to answer their questions and thus achieve everything necessary to attain the predetermined target. This activity combines well with another particular aspect of FBS training, EMPOWERMENT. We decide to concentrate on the strong points of every asset manager, we identify them and develop extra training and shadowing to increase each person’s performance.
